Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct.

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or refusal of delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the refund amount.
